  1. I wish I would have found this blog yesterday when I was cooking for today. I was watching everyone devour stuffing and I was feeling so left out. Well, I will save this gem of a recipe for next year and I will put you on my blog roll!


  2. I liked your podcast…it’s nice to hear someone else with the same issues. For Thanksgiving I made all gf food. I don’t like having food that I’m not allowed to eat in my house and since I’m doing all the cooking I’m going to make it so I can eat it! I try to find recipes that are naturally gf since they usually tast better.

    I found a good sweet potato recipe on Pioneer Woman and just used a gf flour for the topping. I found a turkey recipe that used just turkey legs, since there were only a few meat eaters there so I didn’t have to worry about getting a gf turkey. We didn’t have stuffing but I made a savory corn bread pudding and I used gf corn bread. I was very proud of myself for making gf pumpkin pie. I had never made pie before so it was an adventure. The crust was pretty good too, I found it on Ginger Lemon Girl.

    I also made some pretty bad pizza crust on Wednesday. I made a recipe that made 3 pizzas and the texture was really weird…kinda spongey. I was hoping it wouldn’t be so crisp but this one was worse.
