  1. Hi! I love your podcast and I can’t adequately express my gratitude for the work that you are doing here.

    My son and I both have quite a few health issues that I believe are worsened by the food we eat. To make a long story short, I put both of us on a Gluten, Casein, and Soy Free diet for a month and a half. Both of us experienced relief from the worst of our aches and pains once these foods were removed from our diets.

    I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis as well as Candida. Anytime I drink alcohol…no matter what amount, I get sick. For me, it’s because of the yeast that is used to make alcohol. Also, the sugar might be what messes me up. A cookbook I found for an Endometriosis Diet says that Wheat & Yeast, among other things, need to be left out of ones diet as well.
