Bonus: if you love baking, read on for five delicious recipes to create your very own fake Oreos.
When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2005, I despised the grocery store. I felt like it was mocking me with all its gluten-free delights. Double Stuff Oreos, Chips Ahoy cookies, and Entenmann’s chocolate donuts all called my name.

PETITION ON CHANGE.ORG FOR REAL GLUTEN FREE OREOS
Change.org is the world’s platform for change and change can come in the form of a cookie. EZ Gluten-Free created a petition to urge Nabisco to make gluten-free Oreos. EZ Gluten-Free writes “Those of us that can’t eat gluten should be able to enjoy a classic Oreo without compromising our health. We need real Oreos that are made by the people that know how to do it right.”
